After you park your trailer or fifth-wheel at a camp site and get it leveled, what’s the one thing you notice when you’re moving around inside of it? Weight shifts and it feels like you’re bouncing around on a trampoline. You’ll notice things start shifting around in your cabinets and on flat surfaces. One way to combat that is to get a pair of BAL X-Chocks! These rust inhibitive coated chocks utilize the force of the weight shift to keep your family comfortable and stable. The way they work is very simple. Place them between the tandem tires and tighten the lever until it’s a snug fit. When weight is applied to the axles by normal use (moving around inside, windy conditions), it prevents the tires from moving, which removes a good amount of the sway. They even made them theft-proof, by adding the ability to put a padlock on it! The X-Chock (92-9142) fits even the tightest of applications retracting down to 1 3/8″ and extends to 10″. The X-Chock Extended (92-9192) fits tire spacing up to 17 inches! No other chock works this well for larger tire spacings. The X-Chock can be ordered individually and as a pair.
