Daytrippin’ Texas App and Website Is A Great Resource

One of the great things about being in the RV industry and lifestyle is all of the really great opportunities to meet really creative people. My friend, Kiki Neumann, is one of those people. If you’ve ever been to PPL Motorhomes and looked inside my office, you may have notices the wonderful license plate art I have in there. Those came from her great imagination and artistic ability to turn your everyday license plate into unique art. So when she wrote me about a great web site and app created by friends of hers I had to listen. Below you will find excerpts from the letter she sent me urging me to check out a really unique and helpful idea. Let me tell you…I LOVE THIS IDEA!

Diana,

I wanted to share this because you are so good at networking to RVers. I have some friends doing a wonderful website and app for the iPhone/smartphone for folks who do “day trips”  across Texas.

Daytrippin’ Texas

I thought I would tell you about them so you might consider mentioning them on your blog (RV Nana or PPL Motorhomes)  for folks who are traveling  throughout Texas. They are uncovering unique stores, events and specialty  places like farms or nature centers. It would be value added to when an RVer visits a place to see what is nearby currently and not from a guide or magazine published a year ago. They keep it fresh and it is helpful in real time to find out what’s going on while traveling.

Here is the website and they have a Facebook page also….

Kind regards…..Onwards,

Kiki

Thank you Kiki for the suggestion. I know that I’ll be visiting the Daytrippin’ Texas website often! Plus, folk, I highly suggest you go ahead and check out Kiki’s really cool art at Kiki Neumann Creations. Her stuff looks great in home, office and RV!
