I just wanted to sent you a quick note to tell you how Clark Chandler saved the day.
I had placed an order for an RV fridge on Tuesday, with the understanding that Friday delivery would not be a problem. After I placed the order I was told 4 – 7 days. I was very upset as I had already removed and sent the old one off, leaving me with no fridge and a camping trip planned to start Saturday. I called Clark and expressed my frustration and concern, this all after 5:00pm. We talked through options and such but as it was after 5:00 he could not do anything till Wednesday. Long story short, it just arrived a full day early. I know Clark had to jump through a bunch of hoops and I wanted you to know how much I appreciated it. He really saved the day and my camping trip.
I will be using your company in the future and letting anyone who asks know that I have a great company for RV equipment.

Service Performed:
Bought used DP from PPL. Full service performed, check out of all appliances, installed Blue Ox tow package on TOAD, installed brake system on TOAD, installed slide cover, repaired coach dash air conditioning.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Excellent work, both sales and service personnel were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. My wife insists that if we are within a thousand miles of PPL and can get there to have work done that we would do so. I’d cut that to 500 miles…but agree that they do good work.
I checked PPL out before I took my motorhome over 1000 miles to Houston to sell it and I am real happy I took it to them. My contact was Rob Henderson who told me what i could expect and did everything he promised. They sold it in only a few weeks and I got my money a few days later. I tried to sell my motorhome for aboutt six months before I called him and he convinced me to take it it to Houston. They sold it real fast.
We bought our trailer from PPL a few years ago and now we’ve bought our motorhome from them, too. When we bought our trailer, we picked it out on their website. I was apprehensive at first about buying a used RV, but I had them inspect if first. Almost three years later, everything still worked great. We were planning to take it back to PPL to trade it in or have them sell it but my wife’s nephew borrowed it from us to live in after the hurricane and it looks like we’ll never get it back!!
A couple of months ago we went back to PPL and bought our first motorhome. It is exactly what we were looking for and so far it we just love it. I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a trailer or a motorhome.
Outstanding, personal service. I had a lot of questions and got them all answered (and then some). Great value, as well. Dan N. is a great customer service agent–informative, sympathetic, tenacious. I would rate hoim six stars if I could. He (and PPL) have got my business from now on.
