If there’s one place (geographically) similar to Texas, it’s California. (Notice how I snuck those parentheses in there?) It’s true though. Mountains, deserts, plains and sea, we share a lot of similarities with our West Coast friends. Here’s a perfect example: they love to eat in California…say, all of us here at PPL Motorhomes love to eat too. Hey, who doesn’t?
Well what about some food fresh out of the galley of your RV? Did someone say seafood pasta, steak on the grill and a burrata arugula salad? Don’t mind if I do!
I’ve posted a delicious recipe, or two, from the RV Cooking show before, but this one sounded so good, I couldn’t pass it up.
